This superb detached holiday cottage is set on a dramatic hillside location near Stranraer in South West Scotland and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Little Laight is a superb detached holiday cottage set on a dramatic hillside location near Stranraer in South West Scotland and can sleep six people in one double bedroom with en-suite and two twin bedrooms with Jack-and-Jill access to the bathroom. There is also an additional cloakroom. The rest of the property contains a kitchen with dining area, a utility and a sitting room with electric fire. To the outside of the property there is ample off road parking, bike storage and an enclosed front gravelled garden with furniture and a barbecue. Little Laight is an excellent base for families or groups of friends to explore this stunning part of Scotland.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Region: From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britains best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Town: Stranraer became a Burgh of Barony in 1596 and a Royal Burgh in 1617. Stranraer lies on the shores of Loch Ryan on the northern side of the isthmus joining the Rhins of Galloway to the mainland. There are many shops and cafes to while away an hour or two and the Stranraer Town Trail explains some of the fascinating history. For walkers the Southern Upland Way touches Stranraer on its way through the Galloway Hills, having begun in Portpatrick 7 miles to the west.
