Suite 506 is luxurious self-catering sea facing apartment. It is located on the unique and highly recommended 5th floor. This means, that your apt is part of a spacious private roof top garden that gives you sweeping views of Strand's famous Golden Mile beach, False Bay, the Helderberg - Hottentots-Holland Mountain range and Cape peninsula. You will be spellbound by those nightly spectacular sunsets over Table Mountain

The apt itself is 3-bedroom with 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite and overall is furnished and decorated to the highest standards . The apt has multchannel TV with full DSTV package including Sky sports and in-house Wi-Fi (fibre Vodocam) The unit has also an air-conditioned facility and comes with its own private Weber braai .The gas for braii comes free of charge.

The ground floor mall provides a coffee shop ,The Old Cape Cafe and

a restaurant/cocktail bar , the Casa Del Sol. You will also find a hair salon, convenient store and a Spa, Wellness-Makeover Centre.
