The Cart Lodge is a beautiful barn conversion, set within spacious, landscaped gardens, which has been lovingly re-built and refurbished to a very high standard. The exposed beams, brick floors and wood burning stove create a cosy and inviting ambience and a mixture of old meets new. Bi-folds doors seamlessly blend the charming interior of The Cart Lodge to the natural landscapes of the garden and pond, complete with rocking chairs and sofas. The first floor bedroom has been carefully designed and features a glazed balustrade which delivers light from the sitting room below, and offers french doors onto a small balcony. with seating, overlooking the gardens and fields.

Sitting area: open plan living space with sofa, flatscreen Smart TV, table and chairs, wood burning stove and views over the garden

Kitchen area: well equipped with oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher

Cloakroom: with wc, washbasin

Bedroom: with en-suite bathroom: King size double bed, built in wardrobe with ironing facilities. En- suite with wc, wash basin and large waterfall shower with bench seating for two!

Outside: spacious wooden deck overlooking the wildlife pond. Mature trees and shrubs form a screen around the gardens

Heating: wood burning stove and gas fired central heating
