Review 1-10 of 12

19 Nov 2012

"Brilliant house, very well equipped - would love to stay again"

14 of us stayed at the farmhouse in November this year. I was so impressed with the size of the rooms and the living room area was perfect for entertaining a large group with plenty of seating and dinning space for so many. The open fire was a real treat although for such a large stone house in winter it was very warm and cosy throughout. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of glasses and plates and large oven big enough to cater for such a large group. Unusually there are many large bathrooms allowing a house of 14 girls to get ready and showered quickly and comfortably which I was very impressed with. The house was quiet and safe with lots of parking for all the cars. Moreton-in-Marsh station was very close and handy as was the supermarket. The Coach and Horses pub was a lovely walk and served great food. All in all we had a wonderful stay and I woud recommend the farmhouse for large groups and would definitely happily go back.
