Nellie's Barn is a wonderful barn conversion in the Cotswold countryside, set on a peaceful, arable farm. Inside you will find a cleverly crafted home with elegant detail including many period features of original beams, a wood burning stove and high vaulted ceilings. All on one level: The Open Plan Living Area is a large room which includes a two seater sofa and two chairs in front of a wood burning stove and LCD TV with Free Sat. A mezzanine level with a sofa bed overlooks this living area, providing somewhere to relax after a long days touring or alternatively, additional sleeping arrangements for a 5th person (Please note an additional £40 charge applies).

The Dining Area has an antique table and four chairs.The high quality, fully fitted Kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and washer / dryer. Beautiful granite worktops throughout.

A door from this open plan living area leads to the bedrooms.The bright Double Bedroom has a king sized double bed, chest of drawers, built in double wardrobe, LCD TV with Free Sat and chair.

The main Bathroom is located next to the double bedroom and has a bath with overhead shower, washbasin and WC. Dressing gowns and towels are provided.

The Twin Bedroom includes two single beds (each with a double duvet!), chest of drawers, built in double wardrobe, LCD TV with Free Sat and has an En-Suite Bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, washbasin and WC. A small patio area to the front of this stylish Cotswold barn has a table, four chairs and a gas BBQ. There is also a lawned area to the rear of the property.The whole property is fuelled by eco – friendly under-floor heating.

Logs are provided for the wood burning stove. A cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Dogs over the age of 12 months are more than welcome at Nellie's Barn. Nellie's Barn is strictly a non smoking establishment.

*Please note additional fees apply for the use of the sofa bed (£40) and for pets (£20). Please let us know if these are applicable to your booking when you contact us for quote.

* Short breaks are welcome in the low and mid seasons, however exceptions do apply over bank holidays and half terms. Please do call to discuss.

Nellie's Barn is located in a popular area of the Cotswolds on a peaceful, but working arable farm. Walking opportunities and wildlife watching are in abundance in this area. Various deer, owls and pheasants have all been seen on this farm. Course fishing is available on the farm, approximately 1/2 mile from Nellie's Barn and a well known golf course is close by, where tennis courts are also available.The quaint Cotswold villages of Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and Winchcombe are all a short drive away, whilst Regency Cheltenham with its famous racecourse and excellent range of boutiques and restaurants is also close by. Local attractions include Sudeley Castle (Where Liz Hurley got married), Gloucestershire and Warwickshire Steam Railway and Donnington Trout Farm. The Cotswold Farm Park and Birdland are popular choices for entertaining the children.

What an amazing place, every little detail was covered, nothing was a problem for the owner even our friend who kept getting lost who kept ringing the owner for directions!!! We loved the location, there is nothing we could fault. This is a beautifully maintained place that we will definitely going to again.
