From the owner

The Coach House is a luxury Grade ll listed barn conversion built in the 1600s set in the rural location of Lincomb which has just been converted. The barn is set in the grounds of a listed Georgian farmhouse Court Farm which was originally the Georgian game keepers’ farmhouse for the main hall. The owners have sympathetically kept the original features whilst restoring the barn to a luxury modern boutique style.

Perfect for a couple’s romantic get-away, comprising of a lounge with vaulted ceiling and oak beams open to the kitchen comprising of dining area with cosy log burner and spiral staircase to an upper reading area. A double bedroom with stable door, king sized bed, fitted wardrobes which links to the lounge and bathroom with walk in shower, heated towel rail and secluded outside courtyard with views to the open fields.

Located in the countryside just outside Stourport-on-Seven and near Ombersley and Bewdley with historic Worcester just a 20 minute drive with plenty of places to eat. Opposite Lincomb equestrian centre and Orchid Spa with plenty of walking and cycling spaces. Ombersley golf course is a couple of minutes’ drive and nearby River Seven.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julia (the owner) a message.

If Julia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
