DETACHED COTTAGE IN AN ELEVATED POSITION CLOSE TO PORTPATRICK

This charming spacious property is located in a peaceful tranquil rural setting down a quiet country farm lane and benefits from splendid countryside and rolling hill views over Loch Ryan, close to all local amenities.

Situated 1 mile from the village of Lochans and only 3 miles from the picturesque unspoilt traditional fishing village of Portpatrick. Fisherman will be delighted with river, loch and sea fishing at hand and golfers are spoilt for choice with numerous local 9 and 18 hole courses close by with the Turnberry course within easy reach. Walkers, mountain bikers and cyclist are well catered for with country tracks, forest trails and Scotland’s longest coast to coast walk the Southern Upland Way, which has Portpatrick as its starting point. Enjoy a sea life boat trip around the Rhins of Galloway, or catch the ferry from Cairnryan and visit Ireland for the day.
