Description

This stone building has been sympathetically converted into a welcoming and cosy self-catering cottage. The cottage is about 20 yards from the main house and has its own lawned garden, with a picnic table and views over the countryside. Plenty of car parking space is available.

Welcome to Cordwainer Cottage, a cosy stone built cottage on the outskirts of the pretty Staffordshire Moorlands village of Bagnall. Situated in the grounds of Stoney Villa Farm, a smallholding which was previously used for sheep farming, the cottage offers an ideal rural break.

The famous Staffordshire Potteries, Alton Towers, the Peak District National Park and Keele University's Astronomical Observatory (as well as Staffordshire University's Stoke campus) are all within easy reach of the cottage.
