From the owner

Set in the fashionable old town of Stockholm, the apartment is located in a property with beginnings in the middle ages. The years and the neighbourhood reflect in the nooks and crannies and funny little angles of the house, but the flat is all modern and fully equipped.

1 bedroom + two bed sofas that can sleep 4 more guests.

NB : The flat is on the fourth floor of an ancient property with no elevator. Anyone with mobility issues may find the stairs a challenge.

Other things to note

Primary source of heating of the apartment is the heat pump on the 2nd level; it is more efficient than the electric radiators on the walls, as well as a greener source of warmth. Please use the pump, and complement with radiators as per need.

The pump can also be used as A/C on warm summer days.

Please consult with the housekeeper if you need assistance with the controls.

Though in the old town access by car is easy, although parking is scarce and expensive in the area.

There are recycling bins for glass a block down by the boats on Skeppsbron, otherwise all rubbish so far goes in the main bins in the ground floor atrium.

The apartment was exactly as explained. Was very clean and an amazing location, it was within 15 minutes walk of anything you could ask for. Had a nice pub just 2 minutes all away!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Tom (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
