Location description from owner

The Scotland region

Edinburgh is Scotland's historic capital city and a must-see for any visitor.

Stockbridge

Aswell as visiting the main Edinburgh attractions such as the Castle, Princes Street, Royal Mile, etc, the apartment is located very close to the Water of Leith, a river that runs through the west of Edinburgh. From the apartment you can access the Water of Leith walkway within a few minutes and have very pleasant walks in either direction. My favourite is to walk north, stopping off at the Dean Gallery, then onto Murrayfield stadium, Scotland's home of rugby.

“Fantastic location”

Reviewed 17 Sep 2012

Wonderfully clean and stylish accommodation. Great location -short walk to Princes Street for fireworks. This would not be suitable for someone with mobility problems as there are 41(ish) steps between kitchen and top floor. We found the off road parking helpful.Mark was both effiecient and very pleasant to deal with- do ring 30 minutes before just to check he can be there we didn't and had a bit of a wait but this was our fault! We would definitely stay again.Thank you

“Fabulous Everything-Location,Cleanliness,Space,Shower,Beds,Hospitality”

Reviewed 26 Jul 2012

Our recent stay at South Learmonth Gardens was wonderful. The location is superb-very short walk to the West End of Prince's Street, yet not on a busy street, and lovely view of the gardens. The unit itself was very clean and very well-appointed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for all of us, clean towels, WONDERFUL shower, Wi-Fi, telephone, TV, washing machine, cozy Kitchen served all our needs. Close to shops and restaurants. The home managers could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this rental.
