This fabulous garden flat is in the centre of Stockbridge, an area known as the bohemian part of the city, stacked with art galleries, boutiques, coffee shops, chic restaurants and pubs. It is a 10-minute walk to Princess Street and a 5-minute walk from the world-renowned Botanical gardens. If that's not enough to whet your appetite, this B listed Georgian flat, built in 1869 is complemented by a private, bright and cheerful patio garden which is the perfect spot to chill out after a busy day sight seeing or enjoying a barbeque on those balmy evenings.
I am rather proud of my garden flat in Saxe Coburg street. It offers a safe haven minutes from the bustling City Centre yet in an area with a friendly village atmosphere in a sought after corner of the New Town. The emphasis is on relaxation with comfy beds, classy linen, cosy duvets, powerful showers and fluffy towels. This is a quiet street, with minimal traffic. Parking is pay and display.
You won't have to run to the shops straight away as I leave you basics so that you can have a cup of tea and toast on your arrival, plus the usual salt, pepper, oil etc.

Please note that there are stairs to access flat. Care must be taken especially when wet.
