Getting around

You can freely enjoy in all outdoor activities (sailing, fishing, tennis, golf, biking, hiking, rafting, seakayaking, mountaineering) during not so hot sunny days. If you just want to enjoy swimming in crystal clear sea in hot summer days, the best period is from middle of June to the middle of October. Ideal for families, small or large groups we can organise all kind of outdoor activities, team building, families or business meetings, guided cultural tours or visiting some of the beautiest Croatian national parks.

“Amazing view, familiar but professional ospitality”

My wife, me and our doughter (1 year old) stayed in the Ark residence during agoust 2015 for ten days. Our experience was great, the location is in Stoberec that is just 3 km from Split with all the services that you may need. The apartment was very nice, modern but not cold and most of all with a terrace with a wide view to the sea...no words to describe it! The owner of the residence (Mr Mladen) is a nice and polite person who tries to let the guest feel as at home and he is always available for giving the right informations or even just to drink a coffe toghether on the terrace. During our vacation a swimming pool in the residence was under construction, anyway the sea is just 30 stairs far from the property. The place has to be considered family friendly.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
