Located just minutes from Steamboat Springs, Colorado, the Bella Vista can accommodate groups of up to 28 people in 12 total bedrooms. An absolutely unique retreat, this exceptional property combines the best of both rustic and luxurious accommodations.

Our vacation rental is the ideal place for your family reunion, ski vacation, destination wedding, corporate retreat, yoga course and more! Celebrate an anniversary or special occasion with your very own estate--no other lodging in the area has the capacity to host you and your guests with the incredible amenities and services of Bella Vista.

The Lodge has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. There are two Guest Cottages with an upper and lower suite. Each level has a private entry, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully appointed kitchens and living areas. The Overlook has a private entry, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully appointed kitchens and living areas.

On 7 stunning acres you will find a heated in-ground swimming pool (summer) surrounded by comfortable teak furniture, market umbrellas, tiki lanterns, and in-pool lighting for moonlight swimming on summer nights. You may enjoy a game of tennis on the well-lit regulation-size tennis court, or a friendly game of corn hole on the manicured lawn while listening to your favorite music on surround sound.

The Lodge is climate controlled for comfortable living year-round and features a large living room adjoined by an equally large recreation room with full-size pool table and wet bar. Seek serenity in the Bella Vista's air conditioned Sun room with a custom, over sized grotto and magnificent, endless views.

Additional amenities include fully appointed kitchens with all of the appliances and tableware needed for home cooked meals; satellite television and entertainment center with Big Screen TV and CD/DVD players. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the property. The on-site property managers of the Bella Vista are happy to provide shopping, reservation and concierge services to arrange for any activity the Rocky Mountain haven of Steamboat Springs has to offer; from awe inspiring balloon rides to adventurous powder cat skiing; from a rejuvenating day spa to an exploratory horseback ride, the possibilities are endless. A vacation planning guide will be e-mailed to you prior to your stay, and during ski season your group will have the exclusive use of our on-site 14 passenger shuttle bus and driver. *Pet Friendly*
