Inside there is a comfortable living area with an equipped corner kitchen, dining table and chairs, sofa beds, single chair bed and pine furniture. The bedroom has a king size bed and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with an over head shower, hand basin, toilet and bidet.There is allocated parking within the secure private gardens. The small patio area includes dining table and chairs, shade is afforded by a roll out blind.

Whilst a pool safety alarm has been fitted, parents are totally responsible at all times for supervision of their children in the pool area.

For addititional security,entry to and exit from the property is via a gate which must be locked after use.

Set in Provence in the Gulf of St Tropez, Ste Maxime faces south , sheltered from the winds by the Maures Mountains, and is an ideal vacation spot.There is a pretty harbour, beautiful sandy beaches, a regular boat service to St. Tropez and excellent public transport. There are many pretty and historic towns nearby: St Tropez, Cogolin,Ramatuelle Gassin, Port Grimaud and St Raphael. The region offers a great variety of sightseeing and visitor attractions: vineyards, sailing and walking.

Sainte-Maxime

Ste Maxime is a lovely town by the sea facing St Tropez on the other side of the gulf. It has an aquapark, a casino and 6 local sandy beaches..More than 70 restaurants are within easy walking distance in the town.There are excellent shops and daily markets wih a huge travelling market every Friday. There is a harbour with boats for hire and a water taxi to St Tropez (every 15 minutes running until past midnight). There are great walks in the hills overlooking the gulf. Ste Maxime is 10 k from Grimaud and 50 k from Cannes.

“Fantastic appartment and location”

We had a fantastic week in Les Ouches; the appartment is well equipped and the pool area is lovely. The appartment is set in a lovely quiet location in walking distance of the town centre, great for evenings out. There is lots to see and do close by; we particularly enjoyed the waterpark and St Tropez on market day. We loved Ste Maxime and will definitely return to Les Ouches.
