A modern, bright airy, 1st floor apartment located on a private development in Stalham Staithe. It is a 1 minute walk to the river, boat hire and duck pond with a seating area. Close to the village of Stalham, only a 5 minute walk away, which boasts a variety of local shops and eateries. It is surrounded by the Norfolk Broads, with the heart of the Norfolk Broads- Wroxham- about 20 minutes away. It is 10 minutes to the beautiful sandy Norfolk coast. The large seal colony of grey seals in Horsey is 10 mins away.See the seal pups between November and January. A great location for boating, relaxing on the beach, walking, cycling, fishing, nature and bird lovers.
I leave a welcome pack of tea, dolce gusto coffee, sugar, milk, squash and biscuit snack packs.
There is off road parking for 1 car with additional visitor parking.
All bed linen is included along with one hand towel in the bathroom and one bath towel per guest
Toilet roll, hand soap and shower gel are provided in the bathroom.
Gas central heating with additional wall mounted flame effect fire - cosy and warm in the winter
WiFi, Smart TV, DVD player and sockets with USB

Lovely place to stay, everything you could wish for from a home to home. Located ideal for all Norfolk broads can offer. Also on the door step to Richardsons boat hire, also boat museum. Highly recommended it.. The owner is great for any communications. Free of street parking. Very popular place.
Booked to stay here before picking our boat up for weeks holiday. It was our Anniversary the time we stayed here and the owner had put up anniversary banners on the front door and scattered around the apartment. Lovely touch.. The Apartment is immaculate every thing you could want and more.. Litte dog biscuits along side a few for us. Milk and juice in the fridge. Definitely be back next year.. Thank you..
“Perfect Pet Friendly Break”
Great Location close to Stalham Town, right on top of the Broads, Smartly decorated, exceptionally clean, all mod cons. We could even bring our little dog along, would defiantly visit again. Highly recommended. Richard & Barbara Towler

“Excellent, modern apartment close to all amenities”
This apartment in Stalham just across the road from the broads and museum is in a great location, the apartment is clean and comfortable and had everything you need for a nice stay with some thoughtful touches, milk, tea, biscuits for our arrival.

Absolutely love this modern apartment was a tad worried before arrival due to concerns if we could find it ect with no pictures of outside on the booking, but thankfully it’s a lovely quiet estate with gorgeous houses mixed in so easy to find postcode brings you straight to the doorstep. It’s a really nice property, beds are so comfy, very welcoming, lovely bathroom layout, picture don’t do this place justice! We arrived late 5pm to be welcomed with milk & teabags, sugar ect with treats in a basket for the kids. Very satisfied, bought our 10 month old pup with us also which ofcourse being a dog friendly property is fantastic! I’d highly recommend this to anyone who fancies a break in a quiet town with history on your doorstep! Thank you so much

- How do damage deposits work?
In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michelle (the owner) a message.
If Michelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
