The region is an important centre of tourism during the summer season (May-October), drawing millions of foreign and local tourists alike and constituting one of the country's most popular tourist destinations.

The area's average air temperature in the summer is about 28°C, with the average water temperature at 25°C. There are more than 240 hours of sunshine in May and September and more than 300 hours in July and August.

The Balkan Mountains cross the country reaching to the edge of the Black Sea at Cape Emine, dividing the coastline into a southern and northern part. Parts of Bulgaria's northern Black Sea Coast feature rocky headlands where the sea abuts cliffs up to 70 metres in height. The southern coast is known for its wide sandy beaches.

Sveti Vlas

Marina View Fort Beach is a beach front location which enjoys stunning panoramic views across a beautiful bay towards Sunny Beach and the ancient town of Nessabar. Take your pick from visiting either the world heritage site of Nessabar or the more commercialised area of lively Sunny Beach with its abundance of shops, bars and restaurants.

Facilities on the complex include numerous pools including jacuzzis and a wave pool, a private beach, tennis court, restaurants, supermarket, fitness club and sauna, children's playgrounds.

The first purpose built luxury marina in the region is nearby and consists of a promenade, shops, restaurants and berthing for 200+ yachts. This further enhances the exclusivity that St Vlas already entertains.

“Perfect get away, lovely place, well worth the stay!”

Both me and my partner stayed here for two weeks, with our friends joining us on the second week. The weather in the first week wasnt great but there was a lot of things to entertain ourselves with. The apartment is located about a 10 minute walk to St. Vlas, but there is a local bus service which is very reliable. St Vlas has lovely resturants including Vidopolo which is worth a visit. Also if you turn right when coming out of the development there is a bar called Paco's which is also good. It doesnt look like much from the outside but the wine that is sold there is lovely. Sunny Beach is only about 15 minutes away on the local bus service and when going there i would suggest eating at Djanny's, this is a very busy resturant but they get you seated very quickly and the food is lovely, Morris' on the beach front is also a lovely family run pub / resturant. The apartment has a welcome pack which is great and has lots more lovely suggestions on resturants and things to do and the company that manages the apartment are great, very good at responding to any queries. We all had a very comfortable visit, with everything we needed being in the apartment and was very clean when we got there. I would definatley go back to this apartment time and time again. Thank you for a lovely stay.
