the villa is located in a small area of ​​21 houses kept. The estate is 500m from the sea on the gulf and 15 minutes walk from the port of St Tropez and the "place of the lists." The area is ideal for quiet family holidays. The house is new, built in 2005, beautifully decorated and fully equipped, house linen, towels and beach will be provided as well as sheets. Your beds will be made upon arrival and sheets are changed every week. Housekeeping during your stay is included and the departure cleaning. We added 2 small safes, professional ice maker and hairdryers in the bathrooms. In the beautiful gardens of sun loungers, a pergola for you to shade !, on the terrace, a large dining table with family or friends. Of course you will have your pool. The house is air conditioned, vassal dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. the person who welcomes you will help you during your stay to book restaurants, beaches, babysitters, cook, etc ... it will fill your fridge before arrival, do more housework if you wish (to do directly with it ) Good holidays!!! “coup de coeur à saint-tropez”

Il est rare de trouver à Saint-Tropez une maison qui corresponde aux descriptions et c'est le cas pour celle-ci! Pour commencer, l'emplacement est absolument idéal, à l'orée du village, ce qui permet de pouvoir bénéficier d'un environnement très résidentiel, sûr et calme et de pouvoir en 5 minutes se retrouver sur le port, au marché de Saint-Tropez ou bien sur les magnifiques plages de Pampelonne et ça c'est un luxe inouï... Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueilli et assisté tout au long de notre séjour par Florence qui veille sur la maison et notre bien être et ne manque pas de nous aider à trouver les bonnes adresses. La maison est très bien agencée, le mobilier choisi avec goût, la literie de qualité et 2 des chambres pourraient même s'apparenter à des suites par leur superficie Quand au jardin, il est joliment paysagé et fleuri et nous avons passé de merveilleuses soirées au retour de la plage, dans les canapés ou bien les pieds dans l'eau au bord de la piscine à refaire le monde avant de sortir faire la fête. Enfin voilà une adresse à conserver précieusement.
