Description

Nestled in a small cove, just 30 meters from the sea, overlooking crystal-clear water and
sandy shores, this new cozy villa offers 120 sq.m. of living space, with three bedrooms, two
bathrooms, a living room, a roofed veranda and elegantly landscaped lawn garden. The
scenic terraced gardens, lead straight down to the water's edge, where a gate divides the
property from the sea and the flat rocks below, suitable for sunbathing and swimming.One
can also continue on to the beautiful sandy St Thomas' Beach, which is a mere 3 minutes'
walk from the property.
To ensure a tranquil and singular/exclusive holiday experience, only two villas adorn our 8000
sq.m. property, and each is built on a different ground level and on a safe gated private
community in an exclusive area. From here one can easily avoid the crowded beaches and the
stressful commute, since a semi-private coast is located only a few meters away, a
particularly privileged location as it provides shelter from the wind and practically guarantees
calm seas during the Summer. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling in Avali Cove, a "natural
swimming pool" !
The Villa's ground level consists of a spacious living room which combines a sitting area, a dining area and a fully
equipped kitchen. The living room opens up to a front lawn and breathtaking, panoramic sea views. A small bathroom
serves this floor. Floor-to-ceiling doors lead out to a large roofed outdoor area that offers shade from the strong Greek
sun with a built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area .
A flight of steps leads to the upper level which includes the master double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a
bathroom.
The unique master bedroom covers an area of 40 sq. m. This extravagant bedroom, commands breathtaking,
panoramic sea views: visitors can lie in the king sized bed and gaze out across the Ionian Sea and the slopes of
mount Ainos. Large glass doors open onto a huge balcony overlooking the scenic coastline of southern Cephalonia.
Bedroom Two, with twin beds, has a large window from which to admire the view. Bedroom three has no view and so
would be more suitable for children or teenagers
We want our guests to enjoy our villa as their home away from home. So, apart from very
personal items, we've furnished it to the same standard as our own home. All bedrooms are
air-conditioned and have ample storage for clothes and personal belongings.
The area offers the perfect balance between relaxing isolation and easy access to the more
cosmopolitan part of the island. There are no hotels in the surrounding area, and the few
private villas are situated far enough to maintain an intimate atmosphere. Within walking
distance there is a tavern and a beach canteen, while a short drive will bring you to several
restaurants and mini markets.
Ideal and cost-effective holiday option for families with children, friends and small groups, or a romantic getaway for
couples and honeymooners, looking to enjoy the sun and the sea secluded from the crowded
touristic areas of the island. The grounds surrounding the villa can provide an elegant
backdrop for a wedding party or special event of up to 100 guests. For large parties or
events, advance arrangements are required.

“Perfect family holiday”

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks at Villa Avali. The location, could not be better - superb views and about half a minute from the door to being in crystal clear warm seas. The "natural swimming pool" is even better than in the photos - deep enough for jumping and diving off the rocks, which the kids loved. Great snorkelling, and having the kayaks meant you could go round the bay and try a different area for a change. 2 restaurants (one is more of a bar that serves food) a couple of minutes along the beach, and plenty more a short drive away. We visited Mount Aenos and Messalini and Drogarati caves, all of which were less than an hours drive away - but mostly we found we were so happy at the Villa and in the sea that we didn't want to leave. The Villa itself is clean and spacious and the grounds are very well laid out for privacy so you are not overlooked and no-one walks past the garden. Spiros was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The perfect vacation villas for any holiday all year round. It was simply breathtaking ! the location, the view the water and most importanly the accommodations and hospitality was number one. Villa Avali by far was one of the best waterfront locations that i have stayed and I am looking foward to my next trip.

How do damage deposits work?
