Location description from owner

The Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur region

“Tranquil haven in sleepy village”

Reviewed 26 Oct 2014

We enjoyed our 10 night stay at Le Petit Mas in the village of St Etienne du Gres. The accommodation itself was lovely, peaceful and had everything you could wish for. Our host Genevive was charming. The garden and outdoor living area were perfect for our needs and even included a charcoal BBQ. The accommodation is not actually in St Remy but in a small village 9km away. Facilities in the village are a little limited (no supermarket or café) but there is an excellent boulangerie, a small bar, alimentation, fishmonger and butcher shop. There are also two excellent restaurants within walking distance which open some evenings for dinner. This is a great place to stay, very convenient for day trips to Avignon, Orange, Nimes, Gordes, etc.

“Fantastic!”

Reviewed 8 Feb 2014
