This gem is located on 27th Ave w/ access to walking/biking path & its own pathway to the beach! The Studio is a concrete block (550)SQ FT. It is clean and comfortable with full kitchen and every tools you need to have for cooking your meal. A remodeled bathroom and also this property comes with FREE cable TV, FREE WIFI and a New Samsung Smart TV. A peaceful courtyard with tables, umbrella and a charcoal Grill for outdoor cooking. We provide you Beach Towels,Beach Chairs and linens. We are Pet friendly (NON REFUNDABLE PETS FEES AND VACCINATION PROOF IS REQUIRED)Pets fee $200 per pet per stay (none shedding)20 LBS limit ,larger pets/shedding are EXTRA .please contact us before booking.Best of all, only take 60 Seconds walk to be on the Sandy beach from your doorstep. How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kourosh (the owner) a message.

If Kourosh (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
