Situated on 7 miles of powdery white beach. It is only a few small steps to beautiful white sand beach called Pass a Grille! -

Completely redone, clean and updated home that sits above un-used garage and has hardwood floors, modern furnishings with craftsman style charm.

Palm trees abound on this property with an outside shower for your use, two beach cruiser bikes to call your own and peace in a restful setting complete with soothing sunsets, shells and birds galore!

Very clean house with Hardwood floors, Marble and Travertine finishes. Bedroom has a queen bed, bathroom is made with Marble & pebble and is a true beauty. You also have a 2nd level sitting area next to your entrance and your personal porch is equipped with a chairs, table and a Webber BBQ. A Queen size bed in bedroom and (1) Pull out queen bed converts from couch in the livingroom The pull out couch is very easy to maneuver. sleek styling

Awesome restaurants are just a few walking blocks away and Shaners gourmet deli is even part of the beach scene, which is perfect place for groceries, BBQ items or a quick snack.

There are two similar units to accommodate your stay. Both sit above the garage one is to the East and the other is to the West This house has a private porches and private entrances the furnishings are all similar as the layouts are also similar. Please call me if you have questions.

The living room also has a new and comfortable sleeper Queen (very comfortable thick foam mattress- no bars or beams to mess up your slumber) couch and new queen size bed in the bedroom.

The Florida region

There are no buildings (except the beach concession) located right on the beach. Gulf Way is the street that runs along entire length of Pass-a-Grille. It separates the beach from the homes. There are no large hotels as this is a designated National Historic District. Many of the homes located in PAG are original beach bungalow houses. Each street has only 5 houses on each side of the street. Wooden dune walkovers provide access to the long sandy beach. Each walkover has a spray spigot to wash your feet. Once on the beach you will find a wide sandy beach stretching a long distance in both directions. You can walk south to the rock jetty on Pass-A-Grille Pass or north toward the Don Cesar for as long as you want.

St. Pete Beach

Amazing Sunsets, charming house, lovely neighbors, restaurants within walking distance, clean and very comfortable, hardwood floors, updated and clean lines with lots of light, off street parking Pass-a-Grille, St Pete Beach, Ft De Soto Park, BBQ, stand up paddle, windsurfing, cycling, biking, shelling, running, walking, dining.. & literally one of the best places to live if only for a week.
