Description

Unit #5 is in the courtyard cottage first floor fully contained within the fenced courtyard. A shotgun style layout, enter from the front porch to the living area through the eat in kitchen and on to the back bedroom and bath. This unit also exits the rear to the enclosed courtyard.

All of our units are fully furnished including kitchen wares and appliances. Linens are supplied at no additional fee and we even try to keep beach towels and beach sheets for your use. An ironing board and iron are supplied as well as each unit has a hair dryer. Every unit has a sleep sofa in the living area to accommodate guests. Find a comfortable living room featuring a tv, cable and high speed wifi for your convenience.

We are a family owned and operated property with St Petersburg resident/owner often on site for maintenance and renovation featuring 7 fully furnished 1B/1B apartment units of similar configuration. Each unit has been rebuilt by owner with vaulted ceilings, new fixtures, appliances, furniture, fans, A/C, Internet, WiFi, TV, nice linens, iron, hair dryer, dishes, house wares, utensils, flatware and comfortable pull out couch in the living rooms. Each unit has a porch and opens into the courtyard that is fenced. Coin W/D on site.

Our property features an "Old Florida" style Courtyard. Fully fenced with access from every unit. Intended to be a gathering and relaxation area for our guests and tenants. Seating, BBQ grill and beautiful native plantings make this a special place to relax and unwind. Ample and well placed lighting allows evening and nighttime enjoyment of this unique area.

$600 per week (5 day minimum) or $1700 per month, plus $100 cleaning fee and required taxes. We accept credit cards, (other than American Express) or PayPal.

No smoking property. No exceptions.

We will consider pets with strict requirements and expectations. One of few properties still willing to offer this option, it is mandatory that guests with pets follow the rules for other guests comfort and peace of mind. All pets (regardless of type) require an additional $150 fee payable on arrival to defray additional cleaning expenses. No exceptions. Still a bargain rather than boarding.

Street parking and nearby public spaces e available. Please be aware of the city parking rules. State disabled placards are honored..

With it's City Center location our property is perfectly situated for your access to everything St. Petersburg and South Florida has to offer. Walk to markets, restaurants, theaters and much more right from your front door. With venues such as; The Studio at 620, The Palladium Theatre, The Dali Museum, The Holocaust Museum, The Museum of Fine Arts all within easy walking distance you will delight in your "home away from home". Other wonderful facilities of varied ART and Culture abound in the fringes and periphery of this lively city and beyond. Exploring these opportunities is all the fun of it. Restaurants and Night Life is varied and aplenty. Walk to Central Avenue and the heart of Downtown for its many and diverse dining options including but not limited to. The Sundial which features Sea Salt, Ruth's Chris Steak House and Locale Market. Beach Drive is bustling with Fine Dining and family dining interspersed with shopping and entertainment. Within minutes you are immersed in the wide cultural diversity and entertainment venues of this vibrant city. Trolley, Bus lines and other forms of mass transit are easily accessed as well.

Sporting events are always happening. The Rays & MLB Spring Training, The Rowdies MLS Soccer, USF Athletics as well as multiple other amateur and professional level groups play in and around the city.

Also nearby are many of the finest Medical and Care facilities available. With John Hopkins/ All Children'\, Bayfront Medical, Northside Heart Institute to name just a few. Shopping, biking, parks, Tampa Bay, Arts and Culture it's all here for you to enjoy. Gulf beaches (Pass-a Grille, St Pete Beach, Fort DeSoto and many more) are only 15 minutes away so you can do the (beach thing) by day and enjoy a relaxed "non-beach" evening. All modes and methods of transportation to St Petersburg are available. If you drive yourself I75 and I275 take you very near our property. Flying? St Pete/ Clearwater, Tampa International and Albert Whitted (small plane) airports are all close by and convenient. A downtown bus station, taxi, Uber, Lyft, etc., as well as Amtrak (Tampa) are all readily available.
