Stylish furnishings and accessories have been carefully selected to make this beautiful property a comfortable and welcoming home from home. With all the accommodation on one level, this is an ideal location for guests of all ages. Pet friendly, with parking and wifi, a stay at this traditional fisherman's cottage will delight all guests.

East Pier View, as the name suggests, sits in a prominent position overlooking the harbour of the picturesque traditional fishing village, St Monans. Views from this bright apartment are out over the pier to the sea beyond. With the coastal path which links all the local villages just a stone's throw away, first class restaurants and the freshest of local produce available from artisan producers, the East Neuk has long been a popular choice for those looking for a quieter pace of life. East Pier View is ideally located with a fine dining restaurant to one side, delightful coffee shop around the corner and fabulous smokehouse at the end of the adjacent pier. St Andrews is an easy 15-20 minute drive and some of the world's most famous golf courses are in the surrounding area.

This charming ground floor home is bright and airy in the summer months, but is equally as cosy and embracing in the colder days. Whether you prefer listening to the seabirds following the fishing boats into the harbour and the gentle lull of the waves washing in or taking refuge in the warmth of the homely lounge as the waves crash over the outer harbour walls, East Pier View is an idyllic retreat for the most relaxing and restful break.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
