This Grade II listed cottage in St Minver is close to beaches and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Grooms Cottage is a neat, detached upside down cottage 200 yards from the good food pub in the sleepy village of St Minver. The property sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms, a four-poster double with en suite bathroom, a double, a twin and a shower room all on the ground floor. A handy utility room with shower cubicle also on this floor. Up on the first floor, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with wood burning stove. Outside a private courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue to the front, a terraced garden at the back and off road parking for two cars. Grooms Cottage is an excellent cottage for families with easy access to north Cornwall's beaches and attractions.
