“Not a holiday park, & not in Padstow!!!”

Reviewed 19 Sep 2013

The chalet is clean and equipped with necessities but a lot smaller than appears in photos. There are not enough chairs or table space for a family to have a meal. It's also in St Merryn and not Padstow, not ideal for walking (even) into to St Merryn as roads windy and dangerous! The holiday park itself is terrible, facilities are limited to say the least. For example the shop sells out of date bread 'on offer' at 70p! Really... The clubhouse was closed except sat night so nothing for children, apart from a small uninviting park, no pool, mini golf etc. However despite this, we used the chalet as a base and had a lovely holiday exploring the beautiful area.
