Located on the Ile de Ré, St Martin de Ré, this house offers easy access to the beach of St. Martin and the pretty little harbor town. Consisting of 2 bedrooms, the house is perfect for a family or friends, up to 6 people. At the heart of the ramparts (Vauban fortifications) of St. Martin, a village classified world heritage of UNESCO, this house offers all the necessary comfort with quality services: - 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds - 1 bathroom with 1 shower - separate toilet - fully equipped kitchen - 1 TV and Internet access WIFI outside, you will have a garden courtyard with its teak garden furniture and umbrellas to enjoy the best of your days at home with 3 chairs and a barbecue. There is also a car park outside the house. Ideally placed, you can move on foot, the city center is 600 meters from the beach and 900.

Very quiet and comfortable accommodation near to harbour in Saint Martin. Nice shower room and space outside to sit and plan excursions!Very helpful host.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
