Modern house located in a quiet residential area in the town of Saint Martin de Ré (nicknamed the "Saint Tropez of the Atlantic"). It is in the immediate vicinity of both the port (and therefore restaurants), the beach (water sports like sailing school and kite-surf, rental of sailboats and sea kayaks, etc.), shops ( supermarkets, pharmacy, press, bakery, hairdressing, perfumery, etc.) and pool (with spa). All within a radius of not more than 10 minutes on foot. Thus it is possible not to use his car during his stay what the tenants like a lot. The villa is accessed through the garden and the terrace. Its surface is about 130 m2. It can accommodate up to 6 people. She is on her feet. Its modern decoration and its clarity make it a very pleasant place to live. Description: A large living room with fitted kitchen and a mezzanine (with a bed for 2 people and a bed for one person), a large living room (with 2 sofa 3 places), 2 bedrooms (one with a very large bed for 2 people and the other with a bed for 2 people), a scullery, a bathroom (with tub and shower), 2 toilets, a terrace and a garden. Sleeping: 3 double beds (one of 160 in a room, one of 140 in the other room and one of 140 on the mezzanine) and a single bed (on the mezzanine). Very complete equipment: flat screen TV with DVD player, wifi access, very well equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, 2 electric ovens, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.), garden furniture, baths sun with mattress, etc. Free parking on site. Services offered: cleaning (45 €), sheets (double bed 12 € and single bed 8 €), bathroom linen (8 €), transport from the station or airport (round trip: 30 €). Important! The rental is weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. It is of course possible to stay in the accommodation less than 7 days but, in this case, the entire week will have to be paid. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. It is however possible to rent bed linen (12 € / per bed) and towels (8 € / per person).

Very welcoming hosts Great location - very peaceful residential area but 5 minutes walk from beach with a bar & restaurant. House had good facilities only let down by a very annoying garden gate which needed some effort to open & close.

For our 2nd week on the island, we stayed in the town of St Martin, in Maison tres bien tres press plage. Upon our arrival at the house, we were met by Thierry's English speaking wife who told us about numerous places we should visit. The house was in excellent condition, and the secluded garden was tidy, with large trees providing shade.
