“A lovely warm welcome”

Reviewed 18 Feb 2015

We booked this house for our wedding guests and it was perfect. It's a beautiful old house with so much character. As mentioned by other reviewers, I wouldn't recommend this house to those expecting luxury modern facilities. For us it was exactly the sort of warm friendly place we were hoping for. And the owners are genuinely helpful and accommodating.

Thank you

“Hidden Gem”

Reviewed 29 Jan 2015

We throughly enjoyed our stay, the property was smart and very clean with all the facilities you need. The location was great both for long walks along the beach, old town hastings and the new discovery for us of trendy St Leonards. My dealings with Dee were great, he was very keen to make sure we had a good time and communicated clearly during the booking process and throughout our stay. Very happy to recommend this to others a real hidden gem!

Thank you Jonathan, It was a pleasure to have you and your family stay here. You are welcome again anytime.

“Large spacious characterful property - brilliantly located by near the seaside”

Reviewed 29 Jan 2015

It is a wonderful spacious property - super comfy and with orignal and quirky furnishings. Perfect for a seaside break - just a couple minutes walk to the ocean, fabulously interesting little shops, cafes and restaurants. A great location for a stroll along the beach front into Hastings. A perfect base for a family reunion or party gathering with friends with a friendly and helpful host who bent backwards to accomodate our needs. We had a brilliant time! Thank you...unitl next time! We will definitely be back.

Thank you and please come again. You have a lovley family and we would love to welcome you again. Regards Verma family
