This fantastic property has been in the same family for generations, and has now been lovingly developed and refurbished. Within walking distance of an expansive sandy beach, it provides a great relaxed seaside break for couples.

Forming part of a laid back site comprising of individual lodges and beach huts you will be perfectly placed to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Whitsand beach, with its 4 miles of golden sands, is a stone's throw from the property and reached via a steep cliff path. Alternatively, jump on-board the nearby ferries to Plymouth, including a foot ferry from Cremyll, and explore its historic Hoe, Barbican, cinemas, theatre, sports facilities, shops and restaurants. Other attractions nearby include Mount Edgcumbe Park, The Eden Project, Launceston Steam Railway, Tamar Otter Park, Bodmin Moor, Jamaica Inn and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.

Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with woodburner effect electric fire, TV/DVD, sea views and patio doors to the garden. Kitchen area, with electric oven with integrated microwave, 2-ring hob, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Outside: small garden with lawn, decked patio, seating, BBQ and lovely sea views, to the rear, and small tiered garden to the front with lawn. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, electric heating (underfloor heating in all rooms apart from the bunk/dressing room) and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Additional info: the property is accessed via 2 steps down from the parking area. Location: shop and pub 2 miles, beach within walking distance.
