<p>Nestled in a picturesque valley,this farmhouse wing enjoys walks over the land to Whitsand Bay. Here you will find miles of sandy beach,perfect for long walks or enjoying long summers days by the sea. Keen walkers should make the most of the fantastic cliff top walks nearby,which offer breath-taking views. Head out in the car and discover Cornwall’s popular places of interest,likeMount Edgecombe Park,Launceston Steam Railway,the Eden Project,Bodmin Moor,the mining ruins at St Agnes and the Tamar Otter Park.<br /><br />Located on the second floor of the building,the accommodation is cosy and charmingly Cornish. The kitchen features exposed stone work,a pretty window seat and a dining table to seat all guests. Here you will also find a cooker,microwave,fridge with small freezer compartment and dishwasher. Once you have finished your meals,head to the spacious lounge,which benefits from high vaulted ceilings and sky lights. Relax on one of the comfortable sofas and warm up beside the feature electric wood burner or watch a film on the TV/DVD with Freeview. There are two bedrooms,one queen-size and one with three single beds,both featuring exposed stone walls and beams,vaulted ceilings and hand basins. The bedrooms share a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.<br /><br />Outside,there is a shared BBQ area,perfect for summer evenings. Guests are also invited to make the most of the desirable farm location of this property; at certain times of year,children can enjoy watching cows being milked and even bottle feed the calves or simply have fun in the lawn play area with swing set. There is also a games room containing a pool table and air hockey.<br /> </p>
