<p>Situated in a delightful valley on a 220-acre dairy farm,this property is ideally positioned for enjoying the long stretch of sand at Whitsand Bay and the many cliff top walks nearby. For a day of culture and shopping,hop on the ferry to Plymouth where you’ll find the Barbican,cinemas,theatre,sports facilities and many eateries. Explore this beautiful area of Cornwall with a ride on the Launceston Steam Railway,make new friends at Tamar Otter Park,or simply enjoy a long walk and stunning scenery on Bodmin Moor.<br /><br />This ground floor apartment overlooks pretty gardens and is light,airy and open plan throughout. In the traditional wooden kitchen area,you will find an oven,microwave,fridge with small freezer compartment and dishwasher. Enjoy your meals at the dining table while overlooking the rural views,before retreating to the lounge area to make the most of the TV/DVD with Freeview. In the elegant bedroom,accessed via the bathroom there is a double bed,while the bathroom next door is spacious and fully-tiled with a shower over bath and WC. <br /><br />Outside,relax in the pretty garden at the table and chairs with an al fresco drink,or head to the shared BBQ area to enjoy the sunshine all day long.
