This modern three storey townhouse in St Ives can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Breakers Point is a modern townhouse in St Ives with ocean views. The house sleeps four people and has two bedrooms (one on the first floor and other on second floor), one with king-size bed and the second with twin beds (zip and link to king-size on request). The ground floor has an open plan living room with sitting area, dining area and kitchen. The family bathroom with separate shower is on the first floor. The enclosed patio courtyard at the front has sea views and a bistro table for blue-sky dining. There is off road parking for one car. Located within 5 minutes walk of beautiful Porthmeor beach, shops, inns, restaurants and galleries, Breakers Point makes a super seaside venue.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, slim-line dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, Smart TV, DVD, WiFi, Selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair, stairgate and child step available. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach within 5 mins walk. Note: The parking space is 2.3m in width and 9m in length, best suited for a small car. Note: Stairs to top floor are a little steep and narrow but have banisters.
