3 Sandy Lane is a stylish and modern ground floor apartment and is the perfect place to relax and unwind at any time of the year. It has two double bedrooms sleeping 4 people with extremely comfortable pocket sprung beds, luxurious bed linen, each bedroom with its own Smart TV, Wardrobe and hair dryer. A bright and airy lounge/kitchen/dining space with a 40 inch Smart TV, Blue-ray player including Netflix viewing, Internet access and family board games.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home during your stay including Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washer/tumble drier.

The luxurious bathroom has cream floor to ceiling tiles with large overhead shower over the bath.

There’s a larger than average courtyard garden, which is great for kids, to the front of the apartment which can be accessed through bi fold doors which open onto the terrace area. Outside you can sit relax and enjoy a glass of chilled wine, there’s a lovely

From the apartment you can take a 2-minute walk down the hill to the train station where the train takes you into St Ives in a matter of minutes or to various other local villages around St Ives Bay. If you fancy a stroll you can take the coastal path and take in the beautiful scenery on your walk into St Ives which takes around 25 minutes. A taxi from from Sandy Lane into St Ives costs around £5.00 and takes about 4 minutes.

A further 2 minutes from the train station and you arrive at one of Cornwall’s finest Blue Flag golden beaches, Carbis Bay. Relax in the sun or take advantage of the restaurants and facilities of Carbis Bay Hotel, including a Beach Club, Spa and small Shop.
