Sea Breeze is a ground floor apartment situated in a development perched above Carbis Bay, offering far reaching sea views towards St Ives Bay. Internally, the property offers an open plan living and dining area that gives access to a large communal terrace, a large space ideal for relaxing and admiring the fantastic sea views. The property also provides Wi-Fi internet access throughout.
A short walk away is Carbis Bay Beach which has a large stretch of golden sand with a stream running down to the sea in the centre. It also has a beach shop with a small cafe and a separate outside furnished deck area right on to the edge of the beach for refreshment and dining. The beach is perfect for paddling and swimming, with RNLI lifeguards during the summer season. On a low spring tide it is possible to walk round the headland on to Hayle Beach but this is only once or twice a month.
St Ives is a beautiful town with award winning golden sands and clear sea, cobbled streets filled with fisherman's cottages, galleries including the prestigious St Ives Tate and craft shops alongside modern restaurants and cafes. The bustling harbour is home to many fishing boats that bring in quality catches of local fish that you will find in many of the restaurants. From Sea Breeze the coastal railway station is a short walk and it takes three minutes on the train to St Ives. Alternatively, St Ives can be reached by walking along the coastal path for just over one mile.
Please note: A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional guests.

St Ives has been renowned throughout the South West for many years for its dual fishing and artistic heritage and now as a family-friendly holiday destination. This small but picturesque town boasts three superb beaches all perfect for family-fun or romantic picnics, plus the harbour beach where you can sit and watch the local fishermen. The harbour is a hive of activity with fishing and sailing being the main focus coupled with and the hustle and bustle of open fronted restaurants and people watching the world go by.
The pretty narrow streets of St Ives are brimming with galleries, craft shops, restaurants and cafes all just waiting to be discovered. The main street is pedestrianised with narrow lanes branching off towards the harbour where you will find a large choice of cafes and restaurants; the perfect place to relax with a drink and a bite to eat whilst enjoying the breathtaking view.
Situated in the 'downalong' district of St Ives, the heart of the town's traditional fishing community, the modern architecture of the Tate St Ives over looking Porthmeor Beach is a pleasant contrast. It is home to an inspiring collection of both modern and contemporary art and also includes The Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden.
