“Thoroughly recommended”

Reviewed 21 Sep 2015

We have just returned from a week in St Ives and stayed at Gwithians Reach. The house is cosy and warm, finished to perfection with personal touches way about and beyond the normal holiday rental. We felt at home straight away. Plenty of kitchen equipment, cosy beds and a wonderful view whatever the weather. Cant wait to book up for next September!!!!

“Perfect Cottage in Perfect Location”

Reviewed 28 Jul 2015

Gwithians Reach has everything you need for a lovely holiday in St. Ives. It is immaculately clean and extremely well equipped. The booking process was very easy and Lizzie always got back to me very quickly, answering any questions that I had. It is located approximately 5 mins walk downhill into St. Ives, so it is very central. (Takes a little bit longer to walk back!!). The conservatory is the crowning glory. When the weather was not kind to us we relaxed in the conservatory which has views over the rooftops out to sea. The decking area and garden are also lovely and we made use of the BBQ on a couple of occasions. I would definitely recommend this villa to others. We had a lovely time.

“Fabulous!”

Reviewed 11 Jun 2015

Loved this place. Gorgeously presented, beautiful setting and we were blessed with sunny weather. Bedrooms small but perfectly formed and the house was decked out with absolutely everything you would need for a home from home. Even the neighbours were wonderful - offering us beers when we arrived! Only issue was fitting 2 cars on the drive which resulted in a scrape! Can't fault the place and the owners, would definitely return.

“Great location, lovely house.”

“Beautifully appointed house in St. Ives”

Reviewed 14 Jan 2015

I spent a wonderful New Year's holiday with my husband, two children and parents at Gwithians Reach. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished, the kitchen nicely kitted-out, and there is a lovely view from the conservatory. The house is just a short walk from the centre of St. Ives, but far enough away from the crowds of tourists. It was especially nice on New Year's Eve, when we had a great view of the town's fireworks from the conservatory and back terrace. The owner was a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a holiday let in Cornwall.

“St.Ives at its best”

Reviewed 12 Aug 2014

My wife, two kids, the in laws and myself have all just enjoyed a fantastic week at Gwithians Reach in St.Ives. The property is beautifully decorated and has all the creature comforts you need when having a break, well equipped kitchen, rooms all big enough and with good quality furniture to handle 4 adults and two children. Stunning deck to enjoy breakfast and evening meals whilst enjoying the view. The location is also great offering off street parking for two cars (small cars I would say), less than five minutes walk to the centre of St.Ives or about ten minutes to the beaches and harbour. Have stayed here before and enjoyed it that much we decided to come back and will probably rent again for our next trip to Cornwall as its also a great base for getting around.

“Fabulous Place!”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortably furnished house. Great location within easy walking distance of the harbour, beaches and shops. We enjoyed relaxing and taking in the beautiful view across the rooftops and over St Ives Bay. Cant wait to return!

“The most perfect St Ives holiday location !”

Reviewed 15 Sep 2013

Gwithian's Reach is ideally located for a holiday in St Ives. Beaches, cliff walks, pubs, restaurants are all easily within walking distance - in fact we never used the car once all week and the off-street parking was a true bonus! Having renovated numerous properties ourselves, we really appreciated the attention to detail that has been applied here. Just perfect for either a summer or winter break!
