Primrose Cottage is set in a fantastic location with beautiful sea views.

Easy to access the property, with or without car (avoiding the town in busy periods).

Free private parking (for 2-3 vehicles, just outside).

Decked garden area (with sea view) with dining tables and chairs.

There is an outside heated shower/toilet block, Great to wash off after the beach. There is also an outside storage area for boards and wetsuits. Fresh water bin to wash salt off wet suits etc.

Primrose cottage is just few minutes walk to the stunning surfing beach of Porthmeor, the Tate gallery or the Barbara Hepworth museum..

Only five minutes stroll to the town centre with an array of shops, picturesque harbour with cafe's, restaurant's and not forgetting the arcade.

This lovely self-catering cottage is the perfect base for up to six people to holiday together with breath-taking scenery.

This holiday cottage, is very close to stunning blue flag beaches and memorable walks along the South West Coastal Path.

Very cosy and comfortable lounge with leather reclining sofa ’s, with an array of books and games.

65" 4K TV in lounge.

All bedrooms have Smart TV's.

Well equipped kitchen with integrated washing machine, integrated dishwasher, oven and hob. Good size fridge freezer.

Family size bathroom with corner bath, shower.

At the end of each day, look forward to returning to Primrose cottage for a relaxing evening in a warm central heated cottage. With new UPVC sash windows. It also has a new UPVC split stable front door for those warm summer nights.

Instant hot water with the combi boiler, anytime of day

There is a small convenience shop (Ayr store) literally, just across the road, if you run out of the essentials, very handy.

We have recently purchased Primrose cottage, having made many modernising/general improvements. The cottage is better than ever.

The previous owner Graham had made Primrose cottage a very successful holiday let with over 60 x 5 star Trip Advisor reviews. Sadly due to our new ownership, we cannot keep the reviews or swap Holiday Lettings/Trip Advisor accounts. However we did screen shot all of the previous reviews for Primrose Cottage. Some of the many reviews are shown on property pictures.
