Lovely boutique cottage apartment with view overlooking St Ives harbour, minutes walk from the town with secluded garden and parking.

Beautiful, light and airy three bedroom boutique apartment on the old Terrace with dreamy views. Just a short walk down to the harbour, cobbled streets and beaches.

Annie's by the Sea provides you with a lovingly created sanctuary for you to enjoy St Ives. The delightful furnishings and décor helps you to escape and be inspired.

A wonderful secluded, tiered garden behind the house enjoys great views and tranquillity. Perfect for evenings with a glass of wine watching the glistening blue seas.

Gorgeous second floor accommodation with stripped floor boards throughout and a large central landing. There are two double and one single beautifully decorated bedrooms. The stylish living room has great views and plenty of books to read and games to play. The kitchen and dining area is light and airy with a lovely Belfast sink and patio doors out to the pretty garden. The bathroom has a large walk in shower.

The apartment is accessed through a shared entrance with the downstairs apartment, where I, the owner, occasionally stays.

Step out of the kitchen door to a lovely outside dining area.

The beautiful terraced garden carries on up behind the house enjoying mesmerizing views and lovely plants and flowers.

There is one private parking space in front of the house.

Things to do in St Ives

A perfect base for any holiday to St Ives. Situated just a short walk from the cobbled streets of St Ives and all the bars and restaurants.

You are also central to all the beaches from this apartment – perfect if there’s any wind as you can always find a sheltered spot!

Spoilt for choice, whatever your dreams are for your holiday…activities, mooching, art, eating, reading with a view.

Dogs - Dogs are welcome outside of the peak season by special request. Please contact us for further information. There is a £50 dog fee which would be invoiced separately when booking

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Annie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
