One of the biggest draws for this property is its proximity to the popular tourist destination of Padstow. 3 miles away this historic harbour town boasts a wealth of galleries, shops, pubs and restaurants including Rick Stein's renowned seafood restaurant, Paul Ainsworth at Number 6 and Nathan Outlaw's double Michelin starred restaurant across the estuary at Rock. Littered along the coast within a short distance are a number of secluded coves and golden sandy beaches aptly referred to as the "seven bays for seven days". The A39 road that links North Cornwall to the rest of this unique county is 2 miles away, making the property an ideal base for exploring all Cornwall has to offer. The lively town of Newquay a short drive along the beautiful North Cornish coast boasts four beaches, popular with families and surfers alike whilst the proclaimed "8th Wonder of the World", The Eden Project is a must for all visitors to the region. For the more energetic, The Camel Trail provides first class traffic free cycling or walking along the Camel Estuary from Padstow to Poley's Bridge on Bodmin Moor.
