“Excellent ski accommodation”

An excellent apartment for 4/5 in Saint Gervais. Very conveniently situated for the gondola, just a few minutes by car. Apartment was warm, cozy, had unlimited hot water and wi-fi access. Owners lived above and were very easy to contact, helpful and pleasant. Their pets were also lovely. Thoroughly recommended - we hope to go back in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Mark and Aileen's (your ever friendly hosts) recently built chalet. The chalet is in a very good location above St Gervais with views of the village, Mont Blanc, and across towards Chamonix. It's also well placed for the ski lifts (car preferable - see below). One of the advantages of St Gervais in general is that it is an easy drive from Geneva and well placed to reach other resorts such as Megeve (which you can also ski to), Chamonix, Flaine - even Verbier in Switzerland isn't that far (90 mins or so) if the pass above Chamonix is open. It worked perfectly for us for a short-break with our one year old son. One point to note - you really need a car as the apartment is above the village and is a brisk (read that as steep!) walk to get to shops, restaurants, lifts etc (ski bus stop nearby though).

This was our third stay in this apartment having stayed at plenty of others before, we come to Saint Gervais every year and this is by far the best place we have stayed in, the chalet the apartment is part of was newly built a couple of years ago, the decor is smart, warm and comfortable and the owners Mark and Elaine are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. Although we come in the summer the location is equally good for skiing and has wonderful views of the Mont Blanc

Had a great time staying in St Gervais. We went for a week ski-ing. Lovely resort and not too busy. Apartment was very warm, clean and cosy just what you needed after a day on the slopes. It had everything we needed for our stay. It is in good location for slopes and easy to catch ski bus just outside. The owners, who live upstairs were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area and know a lot about french wine! Would definatly stay there again.

Flew into Geneva, hired a car and found our way to the apartment with no problem. Great location, with fantastic views. Mark & Aileen were great hosts as were the boys, we really enjoyed your company. The apartment was well equipped for our needs, very cosy for a good night in after skiing all day!. Skiing was great and would love to come back for a summer break. Thanks
