Ski Chalet Mont Blanc is a traditional french farm expertly renovated and completed in January 2017 to a high standard creating that real "wow" factor with spectacular open plan living space. We are ideally situated in the centre of the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area and just 5 min drive to the very centre of the beautriful spa town of St Gervais Mont Blanc. St Gervais is a very popular summer and winter destination with many supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants including the Mitchellin starred Serac restaurant. There is a weekly market on a Thursday for purchasing local produce. St Gervais is home to the Mont Blanc ice hockey team and has a great ice rink for apres ski entertainment, also the new indoor/outdoor swimming pool complex, Ice Spa and tennis courts.

Ski Chalet Mont Blanc has spectacular views of the snow covered Mont Blanc range, the Chaine des Fiz and St Gervais making this a truly special location.

This six ensuite bedroom chalet of 300m2 is ideally suited to a families, or group of friends.It is situated in its own gardens with terraces and hot Tub decked area. There is plenty of parking on the large private driveway and in the undercover garages. All the bedroom are a good size and beautifully appointed with high beamed ceilings and each bedroom has its own bath or shower room. The master suite is situated on the mezzanine and has a private south facing balcony and open plan bathroom with double ended free standing bath. The open plan living space comprises of huge contemporary kitchen fully equipped and includes all Siemmens appliances including two dishwashers, two ovens and a warming drawer. Fridge freezer and wine fridge and a coffee machine. The vaulted dining room with picture window with mountain views has a large oak table seating 12-14 comfortably. The lounge has a central fireplace with contemporary woodburner and plenty of comfy seating. There is a mezzanine TV area with large balcony and amazing views.lounge/kitchen has a double sofa bed, a log burner and large dining table seating eight comfortably.

On the ground floor is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer also adequate space for boots and coats.

The Evasion Mont Blanc ski area is accessible from the main telecabine in St Gervais or the ski lift at Les Chattrix less than 5 minutes away. With its 440km of piste this is France's third largest ski area with access to skiing at Bettex, Mont Arbois, Megeve and St Nicholas de Veroce, Les Contamines and Combloux. There is an excellent ESF ski school and ski nursery.

We can offer discounted ski hire from on piste ski hire shops to all our customers.

Summer holidays spent in the mountains are becoming ever more popular and activities in this area are suitable for all. There is plenty of opportunity to swim both in the new indoor/outdoor swimming pool, play tennis at the St Gervais tennis club with clay and hard courts. Ice skating and crazy golf. Walking and mountaineering is easily accessible with the ski lifts open to acces the high mountain routes from mid June. There are mountain guides who will lead groups to some amazing and challenging glacial routes.Mountain and road cycling are both popular as is canoeing and white water rafting and canyoning.

There is the leisure lakes at Les Contamines just 10 min driveaway with "Go-Ape style" tree climbing for all ages, tennis swimming and boating lakes, climbing wall, riding, trampolining, archery and much more.

The parapenting opportunities in the area are very popular as is theMont Blanc bungee!

Lazy warm summers can be enjoyed in the garden of Ski Chalet Mont Blanc where you can barbeque and enjoy the spectular views and evening sunshine
