Very calm. Nature environment. Magnificent view of Mont Blanc and Mont Joly. Apartment very sunny and clear. Very comfortable. Large living room with sofa bed for 2 people. A room with 2 single beds + 1 single bed in mezzanine. Kitchenette, bathroom, WC, entrance with large cupboards. Total surface 40 m2. Located in the cable car sector (10 '), 15 minutes from the center of St Gervais on foot. Direct return 150 m from the residence per red run from BEttex. Very nice balcony-terrace with garden table and chairs in front of a magnificent panorama. Possibility to eat there. Private cellar. Private parking. Luxury residence with guardian. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant and must be done before leaving the apartment. Linen (sheets, towels etc) is not provided. You must come with it. An ideal place summer and winter. Spa at Fayet. Possibilities to do cures or balneotherapy. Beautiful thermal park. Small dog allowed. See with the owner.

Le site de l'appartement est vraiment très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne. En plus un petit balcon terrasse bien agencé pour y prendre ses repas. C'est un 2 pièces très confortable de 40 m2 .

How do damage deposits work?
