This luxury apartment is on the Kings Gardens complex and consists of large, airy and comfortable accommodation over two floors, accessed by exterior doors on both floors and joined internally by a staircase. On the lower floor, there is a large en suite master bedroom with double bed, and two further bedrooms, both containing two single beds. There is also a family bathroom on this level, with a shower over the bath. The living accommodation is on the top of the building and offers panoramic views of the mountains to the back of the property and views to the sea at the front. The living area is equipped with two large leather settees, satellite TV, broadband and wi-fi access. The dining area seats eight and leads out on to the large front balcony, perfect for sunbathing or dining al fresco. There is a separate seating area, which includes a double bed settee and further balcony to the rear of the property. The upper floor also has a toilet and hand washbasin. The Paphos District

There are a wide choice of bars, restaurants, shops, banks and other amenities within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is located on the main road; the No 10 bus service, which runs between Paphos Harbour to Coral Bay between 9am and 6pm, passes every 20 minutes. The No. 15 bus operates on the same route until 11 pm in the summer. There is also a No. 7 into Paphos, which passes by some interesting villages. The coast road is very picturesque, ranging from gentle sloping beaches to distinctive white cliffs, with glorious photographic opportunities. The largest blue flag sandy beach in the area is Coral Bay, just a 10-minute drive or bus ride from the Kings Garden complex. As well as its beautiful beaches, Coral Bay is also packed with restaurants and bars for all tastes, including a beach bar in the summer period. As well as Coral Bay, there are other beautiful beaches a short distance away. Kissonerga, with attractions fro the whole family will allow some privacy as it is not very busy. Petra tou Romiou (Literally the Rock of the Greek) is in a beautiful setting and very romantic. Believed to be Aphrodite's birthplace, it has a stunning view from the top of the cliff, and a pebbled beach with some sandy areas. Agios Georgios lies between the Kings Garden complex and Coral Bay. It has a fishing harbour with a beautiful, cosy beach and wonderful views with a small but charming church at the top.

The older town of Paphos is a 15 minute walk along the back road from the Tomb of the Kings. This is the capital of Paphos and the fourth largest town in Cyprus. It sits on a plateau over looking the west coast and hosts government services, schools, hospitals, shopping centres and bus terminus. There is an impressive city square housing the town hall and library and a short distance away is the old local market with shops restaurants and cafes offering panoramic views over lower Paphos. Stalls on the market sell everything from food, jewellery, paintings and locally produced metalwork, lace and leather goods. The lower town by the sea, Kato (Lower) Paphos, is the main tourist area and has expanded rapidly in the last few years. Its focal point is the picturesque harbour with its medieval fort. Restaurants, fish tavernas, cafeterias, souvenir shops, attractive hotels and important archaeological sites are all within strolling distance. Kato Paphos is on the main bus route from the Kings Garden complex, or takes about 15 minutes by foot.Kato Paphos also has a beach by the harbour, not far from the famous ancient ruin of Paphos Castle. This area is surrounded by spectacular scenery, which can be seen from land or from one of the many boat trips on offer from the harbour area. Also close to the harbour is Paphos Sea World.
