Saddlers Cottage is situated at the centre of this award winning child friendly holiday village with views over the surrounding countryside, local cricket pitch and tennis court. Guests enjoy FREE shared use of an indoor swimming pool, sauna, outdoor tennis court and children's playground set in acres of beautiful countryside.

The house can accommodate up to six people and further accommodation can easily be arranged for family and friends in neighbouring houses if required (at an extra cost). The location of the house is ideally suited for those wishing to visit Tenby, Saundersfoot and the many local tourist attractions such as Folly Farm, Oakwood and Bluewater. There are also gardens and ruins to enjoy a short drive away.

Saddlers Cottage is a contemporary house sleeping up to six in three bedrooms. Upstairs consists of a double, twin room and bunk bedroom. Downstairs is an open plan living room, kitchen and dining conservatory plus a family bathroom with electric shower.

This child friendly site consists of 19 privately owned holiday houses and offers guests FREE shared use of leisure facilities including an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Outside there is an all weather tennis court and childrens playground all set within acres of beautiful countryside. Shared outdoor seating and BBQs are available throughout the grounds. There is free, ample off road car parking and pets are welcome.

Near Tenby and walking distance from a lovely pub. The swimming pool is ok for kids, there is a brilliant tennis court. Internet and mobile Internet are totally pants:(

We had a lovely stay, the 10m indoor pool is great for kids but the gym is useless (broken machines). The local pub does excellent food too. Would definitely stay again.

Thanks for taking the time to review Saddlers Cottage. I'm delighted you enjoyed your break. We do not advertise as having a gymnasium, as we have found it difficult maintaining gym equipment so close to the swimming pool and the inevitable humidity in the atmosphere. The management committee discussed closing the room, although it seemed a shame to stop guests enjoying the rowing machine that is in full working order and that I know you enjoyed having access to during your holiday. The management committee are continually looking at ways to improve the site and whether we can offer a gymnasium in the future is under review.

Why can't I call Rachel (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rachel (the owner) a message.

If Rachel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
