Old Tom's Cottage is an immaculate converted farm cottage within an exclusive award-winning village.

Our fully modernised cottage, with a fitted Oak Kitchen and Travertine bathroom, offers a village location overlooking beautiful countryside with views South down the valley to the sea at Tenby. Old Tom's Cottage is situated within Ivy Tower Village, which is set off a minor road in several acres of grounds offering an ideal child and pet friendly environment.

The luxury facilities provided include a free indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, crazy golf, indoor children's play room, WiFi, barbeque facilities, play ground and plenty of room in the grounds for football, games, picnics and sunbathing.

Old Tom's is a cosy cottage set within a 'village courtyard' with pretty mature grounds for everyone to enjoy.

The well appointed cottage has a Georgian style conservatory opening off the comfortable living room with its timbered floor and beamed ceilings. The Oak kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.

The sitting room with hi-fi (iPod ready), Freeview, and DVD opens onto the conservatory/dining room. There is a bright, fully tiled bathroom with shower facilities. Fresh luxury towels and bathrobes are provided at no extra charge.

Upstairs has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a small twin bunk bedroom most suitable for children. All bedrooms have new carpets and have just been redecorated. A wooden cot and highchair can be provided if required.

Old Tom's enjoys shared access to the private leisure suite and grounds within Ivy Tower Village. Why not have an exhilarating game of tennis or a session in the gym and then relax in the pool. The warm indoor pool with its sauna will allow you to rest mind and body, a million miles from everyday life. Children will love the play area, spacious grounds and games room!

If its beaches you want, there is every type blue flag beach within easy car access, from the busier Tenby South beach to the quiet deserted beaches either side which require a short walk.

Every possible family entertainment is nearby, including Oakwood Theme Park, Heatherton Country Park, Manor House Wildlife Park, Great Wenlock Dinosaur Park, Ritec Quad Bikes, Outdoor high powered karting, Horse Riding and Golf courses to suit all handicaps........what better way to enjoy your holiday!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Byron (the owner) a message.

If Byron (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
