Newly refurbished and superbly situated in the Moorings. Open plan living brings all the mod-cons, light and space that is ideal for relaxing with friends and family. From the living and dining room you can see the children crabbing on the pontoon and the boats coming and going on the Teifi. Here you are a five minute drive from sand dunes and salty air - unspoilt Poppit Sands. In the evening you could take a two minute walk to the local pub/restaurant to enjoy a drink and overlook the estuary.

The house itself has great views from the living area and two first floor bedrooms. Ground floor has ceramic tiles throughout, living room seats 6 and offers river views and internet tv, the kitchen has breakfast bar, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. . . Ground floor bedroom has walk in wardrobe and exits onto the back patio which is bathed in sun from mid day. Upstairs has a lovely light double bedroom with great view and a bunk in bedroom three also with views

There's everything you would need in the house from bed linen to dishwasher tablets. Full gas central heating and WiFi. Guests with a well behaved dog are welcome. We can supply towels at a charge of £5 per person. Please advise us if you would like us to provide towels.
