Strictly No Pets / NO SMOKING inside PROPERTY/ Charging of Electric Cars Not Permitted

Relax in the peaceful Cornish Countryside with a stream to the rear of the bungalow next to the patio or we have a lawn area directly in front of the bungalow giving a good area for your children to play, and a Dual seat with cushions for that evening drink while watching the children and the sun go down.

There is an allocated space for one car, extra parking is available in visitors car park.

DO NOT PARK on grass Water & Sewage pipes + Electrics are near surface you will be held responsible for any damage caused and will be charged accordingly.

Entry through the front door brings you into the comfortable open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen, complete with two leather 2-seater sofas plus one arm chair, a dining table with four chairs.

The lounge also has a Free view TV, DVD player, and a Radio/CD/Tape player, are provided for your entertainment.

The main room is heated by wall mounted electric radiators with a wirelessly controlled/ programmed thermostat.

The bedrooms have panel heaters with timers.

The kitchen is well equipped for self catering with a 4 ring electric hob and oven, a overhead extractor fan, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is also a wide range of cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses.

The bedrooms each have a double bed, wardrobe, and wall mounted Free view TVs, all bed linen is included . There is also a hair dryer in the rear bedroom.

The baby's travel cot is kept in the main cupboard next to the bathroom please provide your own bed linen/blankets etc.

The fully titled bathroom consists of a shower, wash basin, W.C. and is mobility friendly. Please note Towels not supplied.

You will find an iron and ironing board in the cupboard along with the fixed electric towel rail.

A cool box, ice packs and flask for a picnic on your days out.

To the rear of the bungalow right by the stream that flows through Rosecraddoc is a patio with garden furniture. In the storage box the rotary washing line is stored.

The electricity and Wi Fi is included in the rental of this bungalow and guests also arrive to a welcome pack of tea/coffee and milk.

Thank you for your review, for recycling items they have to be placed near the main gate as per instructions on notice board in the bungalow, the recycle bins at Morrisons have been removed not sure why maybe because of abuse. I am not aware or any problems with the cold water tap?

If Christopher (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
