General - Double glazed family house converted from a 19th century chapel - Beside a country lane that leads out of the moorland village of St Breward - Parking available for 2 cars Ground Floor - Shower room W.C. with hand basin - Long sitting room has ample seating arranged before an electric log effect fire - Dining room with table, chairs and an original pew seat - Recently fitted kitchen with an electric range cooker Upstairs - Family bathroom W.C. with hand basin, bath and shower cubicle - Twin bedded room with a vanity basin - Two double bedrooms -Smaller room with two 3ft single beds and a vanity basin - The fifth bedroom has pine 3ft bunk beds - Portable electric heaters in all of the bedrooms Garden - Three steps lead up to a sheltered paved patio area with outdoor table and chairs - Children and dogs will need supervision as the patio is not enclosed Local Area - Village store and newsagent/P.O. are a 2 minute walk - The Old Inn pub and restaurant are about 10 minutes on foot
