- Semi detached double glazed family house, one of two, converted from a 19th century chapel

- Beside a country lane that leads out of the moorland village of St Breward

- Parking available for 2 cars

GROUND FLOOR

- Shower room W.C. with hand basin

- Long sitting room has ample seating arranged before an electric log effect fire

- Dining room with table, chairs and an original pew seat

- Recently fitted kitchen with an electric range cooker

UPSTAIRS

- Family bathroom W.C. with hand basin, bath and shower cubicle

- Twin bedded room with a vanity basin

- Two double bedrooms

-Smaller room with two 3ft single beds and a vanity basin

- The fifth bedroom has pine 3ft bunk beds

- Portable electric heaters in all of the bedrooms

- Three steps lead up to a sheltered paved patio area with outdoor table and chairs

- Children and dogs will need supervision
