The house boost a luxury kitchen, separate lounge and dining rooms and a lovely enclosed private garden with a BBQ. The Grange is ideally located in the heart of the Cornish Riviera and just minutes from the legendary Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan. With the unique beauty of the south Cornish coast on our doorstep and countless world-class attractions nearby, a holiday at The Grange is all about unwinding and making the most of these magical surroundings

The Rooms at The Grange are all individually designed some boasting roll top baths and a 4 Poster rooms yet fresh uncluttered. Our accommodation are comfortable - centrally heated and complete with 32" Flat Screen Televisions, radio, hairdryer. There is even fast Free WiFi access available for all guests. A variety of pubs and restaurants can be found within a 15- 20minute walk. Bus and Train station

Getting around

Car recommended but the house is a 10-15 min walk from the main St Austell railway and bus station.

Interaction with guest

There are 4 bedrooms two with king size double beds and double and one twin room. We can provide cots and a high chair if required. We will inform guests on their arrival day how to gain access to the property with access codes together with all the relevant information on the property via text please provide a mobile no upon booking. We are always on hand if there are any guests needs during your stay. Note: On arrival we charge a £200 security deposit which is fully refundable within 24hrs of departure day this has to be paid to us direct. Note: There are two residential rabbits that live in the garden and are vary independent but don't mind a stroke now and then.
