On arrival at St Leonards Fields there is a private parking space to the rear of the property. There are additional guest parking spaces. The beautiful gardens are stunning and a perfect place to enjoy a leisurely hour in the sunshine. The main entrance to the apartment is to the left of the building from the car park.

On entering the lobby proceed to the first floor either by elevator or the stairwell which has beautiful wide stone stairs flooded with natural light from the cupola above.

The front door leads to a spacious hallway for club, bags and shoe storage. With wooden floors throughout and beautiful solid oak finishings this apartment has a wonderful quality feel with fabulous deep sash and case windows with great views and much natural light. Furnished to a very high standard the apartment will ensure you have a very comfortable stay.

There is one corridor with doors leading off. To the right are the 3 double bedrooms - 1 master king en-suite and 2 twins - and to the left are the family bathroom and breakfasting kitchen. At the end is the sitting room / formal dining room.

Bedroom 1 : This is a twin bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes. With views to the gardens this is a comfortable and peaceful room.

Bedroom 2 : The luxury master bedroom has a shower room ensuite. This spacious room has a comfortable king size bed and fitted wardrobes providing ample storage space for clothing and luggage.

Bedroom 3 : A twin bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes providing ample storage for all your possessions.

Bathroom : This large bathroom has wc, whb, large bath and separate shower.

Breakfasting kitchen : Fully fitted with all appliances including dishwasher, combined washing machine and dryer, fridge with separate freezer. The kitchen also has a breakfasting table.

Sitting room / Formal dining : An elegant and spacious room with fabulous natural light from the tall windows. 2 large comfortable sofas and easy chairs with occasional tables and large coffee table. TV with freeview and DVD. The dining table provides a large dining space for 6.

There are extensive communal gardens lovely for sitting out on a sunny afternoon. Across the road is the harbour and the lovely East Sands beach and access to the coastal path.

“Perfect Location Perfect Accommodation”

Travelled as 2 golfing couples for one week. Apartment was perfect with one en suite bedroom plus large main bathroom and very spacious lounge/dining area. Table seating for 8 people. Well stocked crockery, glasses and cutlery along with one or two necessities in the store cupboard. Dishwasher tablets, plenty of soap and towels etc. Very clean. Lovely airy and bright rooms. Walkable from Town Centre (10 minutes) and ample parking by the apartment which was essential for us. Welcomed by Gillian who gave us the keys and sorted a problem we had with the television. Nothing wrong with it, we just didn't know how to fire it up. Definitely go back and would recommend it too

A lovely bright spacious well equipped comfortable apartment in a superb location close to town centre (5 min walk) with private parking. We have had the most enjoyable relaxing stay here and look forward to returning. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to St Andrews.

“Relaxed Quality with easy access to St Andrews”

We wanted to get out of the 'B&B' and spend some quality time without the pressure of Guest House rules. This lovely apartment allowed us to do that. Its location was a short walk from the old harbor and walk into town St Andrews round the Cathedral (approx. 5-10 minutes at most). The apartment was everything that it said in the details and was equipped to a high standard. I would most definitely look to stay here again if I come back to St Andrews. Highly recommended

An extremely comfortable and well maintained apartment. Well positioned within 10 mins stroll to centre of St Andrews. Fife Cottages are now the contact to rent this property. I found the contact with them excellent. They could not have been more helpful. Well worth a try.

This is a lovely flat, bright and spacious and very conveniently situation in St Andrews. It is furnished to a very high standard and It is obvious that a lot of thought has been given to the comfort of guests. Had a great weekend and would have no hesitation in returning in the future.

Very well appointed flat, attractively furnished, convenient for exploring the delights of St Andrews. Handy private parking but easy to walk to the town and golf courses. We were impressed with how quiet the accommodation was - no noise from neighbouring properties. Would definitely like to stay again.

“Excellent accommodation”

The apartment was of an excellent standard, in a beautifully converted old building. It was very comfortable, spacious and clean and had 'almost' everything required for an enjoyable stay. It is in a good location, just a few minutes walk to all the amenities that St. Andrews has to offer. The reason I say 'almost' everything required was because of a complete lack of any soap in either bathrooms on arrival and a sparse amount of toilet paper. We did not expect to have to stock up on basic items immediately on arrival, especially given that the price for the apartment was certainly not basic. I mentioned these omissions to the owner who assured me this was an oversight on the part of the housekeeper and would be addressed in future. I would have no hesitation in returning to this property.
