PAY FOR 2 NIGHTS AND STAY FOR A 3RD NIGHT FREE - ENJOY A LONG WEEKEND!! (for stays from 1 May up until 19 September). Excludes public holidays.

'Sea Brim' is the ideal in relaxed, beachside living. This fantastic pet friendly family home has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms (plasma TV and DVD player), an open planned kitchen (microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher) with a large dining table and sitting room with TV. All of this is set around a gorgeous outdoor sitting area, which is perfect for reading the newspaper and capturing the sun.  There is also free WiFi.

There's 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, as well as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (with a bath) downstairs. It's would perfectly suit 2 families.

There's ducted heating, a coonara heater and ceiling fans, as well as air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs.  There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The outdoor area has a large entertaining deck with BBQ and your own solar heated inground swimming pool. There's even a cubby house for the kids. It really is a perfect retreat.

'Sea Brim' is only a short drive or walk to the St Andrews Beach or Rye Back Beach, and if you're keen there's a walking track that takes you to the Rye front beach and shops.

In the sitting room, there is a sofa bed that folds out into a double bed. This can be utilised at an additional charge.

We only rent to families and mature groups. Sorry, definitely no schoolies!

The property is pet friendly, however there is a surcharge of $25 per night if you would like to bring your pet.

Additional amenities include: games, ironing facilities, play equipment, boat parking, coffee machine, heating, cooking facilities, bath, fully fenced, linen included for > 7 night stays, or for 7 nights or less, linen supplied at extra charge.
